Unlock Your Team’s Executive Performance and Leadership

Transform Your Team…

Our Executive Wellness Leadership Program is exclusively tailored to meet the needs of forward-thinking organizations that want their executives and top business leaders to perform at their best.

It’s Time to Start Approaching Your Career Like an Athlete

You don’t have to be paid to be an “athlete.” In fact, you’re the ultimate athlete because you’re in business. Being a top performer is the ultimate sport, as it’s 24/7. Unlike a typical athlete with a lifecycle of 5 to 10 years with offseasons included, your career spans decades. This is why it’s time for your team to adopt “the executive athlete mindset.”

Who Am I

My name is Julian Hayes II. I am an executive health coach, performance advisor, wellbeing consultant, and founder of Executive Health. I’m also an author, hybrid athlete, and the host of Executive Health & Life.

I'm a Forbes CEO network contributor and have authored 300+ articles featured in top publications like Inc., Entrepreneur, Chief Executive, Chief Learning Officer, and many others.

Pursuing business excellence and being at the top of your industry shouldn’t come at the expense of your team's well-being. My mission is to help create a culture of healthy leaders and optimal performance, thus improving talent recruitment and retention, amongst other metrics.

What We Offer

  • We meet with your team and teach you what you need to know about health, performance, and resiliency optimization.

We offer one-off or ongoing training, both on-site and virtually, covering the full spectrum of executive performance. We teach your organization and team strategies they can use long after our time together.

  • A comprehensive and foundational assessment that’s proactive, preventative, and precise so your team can look, feel, and perform at the top of their game today (and well into the future).

  • This formal program is where every team member starts as a blank canvas.

With a bespoke approach, you can rest assured that your plan is truly tailored for your team since we leverage each person's unique biodata, extensive data analytics, personalized programming, strategic coaching, and the unspoken (and overlooked) nuances to yield an optimal journey of thriving in all facets of life.

  • The business landscape has rapidly changed since the pandemic, with remote work and hybrid models becoming more prominent. Despite these workforce shifts, one aspect remains constant: business travel.

Frequent travel can significantly impact an individual's physical, emotional, and mental well-being. While companies prioritize conventional risk management areas, they often overlook the personal well-being of their travelers and those working remotely.

  • Speaking topics include the foundational Executive Athlete training, various topics related to executive health, productivity and performance for executive teams, corporate wellness, and more.

Wellness + Resiliency = A Culture of Excellence

Your most valuable asset isn't just your balance sheet; it's the growth and development of your people. By prioritizing a culture of wellness, you'll cultivate leaders who not only lead healthier lives but also possess the capacity to adapt, innovate, perform, and thrive in the face of challenges. Let excellence become ingrained in your organization's DNA.
